    Not realy accelerators realy fast and controles vectors i think eather has a chance because izayois ability is not pasive as far as i know,i thought this would be interisting to find out. Izayoi seams to have a advantage on base stats.

    Let me give an example of how time is a vector if an out side force is affecting it,if i froze a person in time it would take on all thats objects dimensions,then their would be 10000000 of ways to reprsent it as a vector on a quordinate plain.

    Accelerator has never been shown to controle moon rock so i guess he cant. He controles vectors,vector quanitys,and things that increase vector quanitys.
