You should read our discussion rules about accepting CRTs.

Since this is very simple, uncontroversial, and doesn't change any stats. You only need one staff member to vote on this and a 24 hours grace period.

Note: Pretty sure the drones didn't freeze from the big planet explosion and are completely fine walking around outside in the constant blizzards. So yeah, I agree with them having resistance to low Temperatures.

I don't see why that'd be an issue.

In a verse where characters only have martial arts and no fancy magic/ki/hax, is it redundant to label any characters if they scale to the same thing?

Of course not, that's no reason not to have profiles for someone. It's also not a rule, so profiles for V and J can indeed be made.
