She moved the entire Naruto universe away except Naruto,Sasuke etc... and then brought her magma space to her, such that her and the others coordinates within the space where every space resides stays the same.
The coordinates of anyone she didn't bring stays the same relative to the Naruto universe, it's the location of the universe itself within the hyperspace thats changed, when it swapped to where the magma dimension was.

Tbf, I checked again.
Mamushi's actions don't prove he is not affected by Omnipotence. One can bind or seal Eida provided it's not direct harm. And Mamushi moving to attack doesn't mean he would complete that action seeing even Shikamaru and Code can do the same briefly against Eida.

will be a pretty big plot hole if Bijuu are immune cuz Killer Bee and Gyuki would have conflicting memories and it never brought up if it was.
And Kurama wasn’t even around when omnipotence was casted… and he is still affected by it as he didn’t call out Hima living situation and family.
Even Jura is even affected by it as he calls Boruto Otstutsuki and Kawaki Uzumaki.

That's not proof Jura is gathering data based on information he finds so offcourse he thinks kawaki is naruto's son. However before he fully researched the ninja world he was under the impression that Naruto was still in the leaf village. Now this shouldn't be possible since omnipotence is constantly programming the memories of everyone to think that Naruto was killed by Boruto. Even tho the shinju were not around they should have automatically had these memories in their minds since omnipotence rewrote the hive chakra web that connects memories. Now with the whole bug situation just makes things more apparent. We also have to considered that Jura would have also killed eida in the likely future since he would have consumed all life

Incorrect.
All Omnipotence did was switch Kawaki and Boruto's life. Kawaki LIED to everyone telling them that Boruto had killed Naruto and Hinata afterwards. That lie was independent of Omnipotence.
It's why in TBV, Daemon pressures Kawaki after Boruto gets locked up. "What if Boruto snitches and tells Konoha that it was actually you who got rid of the Hokage and not him" (paraphrased). Because even if they believe Boruto is Kawaki (no matter how many times you tell people, they won't believe you), this is completely new information that wouldn't be rewritten by Omnipotence.
When Boruto escapes from being locked up and meets up with Kawaki, he's surprised Boruto didn't reveal the truth.

In addition to what Kaydee said, for some, it's added so that visitors can get a better scope of the scaling. For example, Sasuke’s shunshin is on the profile even though the rating itself doesn't change. What it does, though, is to tell us how Sasuke has "god-like" speed that can blitz any akatsuki (the fraud didn't blitz a single akatsuki onscreen btw)

it's likely that code's karma otsutsukified the shinju's which grants them a form of Immunity to Omnipotence.

I honestly believe that the modified Kawaki should be on par with Ishiki, because he mastered Ishiki’s power, in addition to his own, and was amplified to his maximum potential. Kawaki is a perfect vessel capable of withstanding Ishiki’s power, but when he was amplified to his maximum potential, his new power overwhelmed him, and he became extremely exhausted from its continuous use
