Replacing Google Docs, Google Drive, and Dropbox links from our wiki pages

Replace it then, Mr. Monkey. 😁
I'm a trusted knowledgeable staff member, so this doesn't apply to me 🙈🩵

Noo, you plan to block the links ✊🐵❤️‍🔥

Alright fine... tho need to think of something, maybe create a youtube account or something? 🤔

Tho I believe that this would basically make it so that there won't be any multi-file sources being available… unless you try to upload each file one by one and then connect them together

Yooooo 👁️ I feel bad for zackmoon 😅

References for Common Feats page contains hyperlink that links to a Google Doc containing a table of "Fatty Acids Latent Heat of Vaporization" that needs to be replaced. I have table ready in blog and image formatt, both. And if need be, i can make the table within the page itself. Which option would be best here? @Antvasima
I think it should just be put on the page itself.

Other sections have similar tables for listing data such as:
Getting hit by a vehicle
Stopping cars
Mercalli Scale
Hurling somebody through the air before they hit the ground

So, it isn't really a bad thing, and the section will be collapsed upon loading the page, so the length shouldn't be a problem.

Unless, you see an issue with putting the table in the page itself, but you'll have to say why.

The only issue i see is that multiple texts and subsections links to this same table doc. But ig i can create one subsection for the table (==Fatty Acids Latent Heat of Vaporization==) in the page and link this subsuction to all those texts linking to doc ([[References for Common Feats#Fatty Acids Latent Heat of Vaporization|text]])?

Whatever works. [[#Fatty Acids Latent Heat of Vaporization|text]] is simply enough.

But I wouldn't complain if it's also a blog.

Just as long as it isn't an image or a doc.

My mad cow disease outdated profile? Label it as outdated in the meantime. I'll make a sandbox contribution. I had sidelined albeit long term plans to CRT it myself. The other supporters for Plague Inc don't seem to be too active any more (on Plague Inc).

I'll lump this replacing google docs links plan into my Plague Inc backlog unless I have a volunteer to do the stuff for me, and if they can get to the scans in-question. Plague Inc is a favorite childhood verse of mine I want to revise eventually.

At the time, the drive link saved a lot of time for me as it centralized stuff into one link rather than many. Logistically? I'd need to use stuff from the plague Inc wiki, and first and foremost, scans from the game itself to replace the drive link. There are a lot of traits in plague Inc for a given disease/official scenario. That may take a very long time to replace the links considering I have a life and I'm prioritizing implementing CRTs and Mage and the Demon Queen Verse stuff.
What about this request? Mad cow disease profile have google drive deadlink as reference itself so it won't be possible to remove it w/o some other form of reference as replacement.

@Zaratthustra @Elizhaa This Profile has google drive links (a lot of them).
Nvm. I did it.

I have replaced the Google Drive links from following pages (MAIN NAMESPACE):

I couldn't from following profiles since their drive links are either dead or have restrictions on access:
@Lloydblitzed @Ultimate-Rex1 @TheOrangeGuy09 could any of you handle Unagami (Ninjago) Profile?

Done (thx to @Lloydblitzed for help)

@Dashio_Tessai, @Jeeeeepil123, @Richard5128pm
Do any of you know where this description is from? I tried searching it myself and can't find it
Sorry for the late reply. This is a super vague dev-made summary of Shadow Fight 2 regarding the lauch of Shadow Fight 2 on the Japanese market. I recall fiding this link from a blog post made by one of the developers of the game. The blog post was basically going over the challenges of having your game be given the green light to be available in Japan. The summary on the dev's part to Japan officials was basically to explain what the story of the game is about, in regards for age ratings and stuff. This is the blog post.

??? That's literally the profile and link request I was referring to??? The profile relies on the outdated link.

I blatantly said "Mad Cow Disease." In what area was I too vague or miscommunicating at? I said I was going to back log it and fix it later.

I was asking other staffs regarding ur request to put outdated template on them untill they are fixed (Since there wasn't outdated template on the profile so it appeared to me that your request might have been overlooked). Though i suppose i could have been clearer.

I replaced this doc with this archived paste bin link
Finishing up the rest (Sandboxes)
I think that's all the SF2 stuff from what I can see.
Alright update time
Also should I make a sandbox for this doc and trim the irrelevant bits ?

Thank you for helping out.

I'm not sure.

You can either proceed with that, or look for a way to host the same information on platforms other than Google Docs.

Also, if the sandbox where you found that link is meant to be used, it would still be disallowed, since it links to a CSAP Wiki page for scaling anyways, which we neither recommend nor allow. This follows the same principle as linking abilities to the Powerlisting Wiki would.

I think sandbox is the best because the OP can edit it if necessary

That's what I meant by trimming, same with the discord links.
