So, why is vector manipulation 11-D for deflecting magick:Flaming sword? MFS doesn't have anything to do with higher dimensional vectors. His 11-D rating comes from reflecting teleportation, like it was previously.

MFS should be edited out of his ability section and then put back to Durability, as it's far more descriptive of this feat and vector manipulation.

Gungnir has a 3D structure that moves in 3 dimensions. Kamachi would have mentioned it being 11D the same way he mentioned that the 8th arrow was a higher dimensional attack. Which itself has nothing to do with Flaming sword which is pure energy that moves with the swing of hand which itself has no indication of being 11D movement. They both just have similar output— world ending.
