we know the shikigami gets desummoned if used on the user because in his fight against gojo sukuna said summoning mahoraga counts as actively using the technique and thus preventing him from DA or using shrine
but if its used on mahoraga not the user, we frankly aren't sure how it would go, regardless, i think the chance is slim
for kenjaku, not sure if raw CE is enough (isn't that what uzumaki is? powerful CE blast)

i don't think they would keep up with speed, ngl, its that they have strong moves that they can use as sure hits, and even then i dont think they can 100% work

but in kashimos defense sukuna directly compares his output to when fought ryu, so the sukuna kashimo fought was >16F worth or smth
it cant kill hakari who has worse regeneration than mahoraga-
kashimos lightning has no where near as much range or power as a hollow purple
mind you, simple techniques take 1 spin to get adapted to.. kashimo has ONE shot
