I'm just saying that Pre-Dark Hero Deku beat Shiggy's ass so badly that he's viewed as like a shadow demon whenever Shigaraki has that one flashback sequence.

It’s kinda funny that Deku of all people unironically has the most aura in the verse (or at least can be argued to). Like, even discounting what’s been mentioned, there’s him beating Overhaul, his “is Shigaraki still in there” moment, him vs Shinso, him vs Todoroki, his Rising moment, him f##cking aura farming when Spinner is about to grab him (even funnier that he’s quirkless there lmao) and him aura farming in More when he helps stop the car. Just unexpected, cos he’s also one of the most adorable and wholesome characters in the verse.

Not too overpowered. His reactive evolution, or at least how we currently interpret it, is dependent on his growth without making too much changes to the main body.
So he can block and throw up poison and then make a defensive form but he isn't gaining resistances against heat and explosions just because Bakugo impressed and then spooked him.

All For One's entire gimmick and fighting style is built around him having hundreds of Quirks that he has stolen throughout the years.
Making the claim that he's naturally All Might level is
The amount of Quirks that grant abilities without any visual effects is astounding, so him not showing any physical difference means nothing.
It requires far more assumptions to claim that Quirkless All For One is Weakened All Might level, than it is to say that the man who is known for stacking multiple Quirks is using multiple Quirks to keep up with All Might. The Burden of Proof in this case would fall on the person who claims he wasn't using any Quirks to stop All Might's charge.
