I don't know if this is allowed, but can I ask for staff to delete comments that make a thread unnecessarily long? Not arguments or votes, but just memes that make a CRT unnecessarily long to read through? Like, a list of comments, in this case. If not, disregard this request.

I'd like these comments deleted from my CRT, anything that isn't a vote or an argument. The memes, the provocation, everything that makes it harder for staff to read through the thread:
That's almost three pages worth of derailment, memes, response to derailment. 47 out of 236 posts not improving arguments on either side, not including my own posts which I deleted already.

This isn't done out of spite, I've included comments that praise me, I've deleted some of my own derailment.

Hi there.

I am adding some new images to the FN SCAR rifle, in accordance with the old gen going out of production to be replaced by the next gen version.

I also want to change the AP description from what it has RN to this:

(The SCAR-L/16S uses the 5.56x45mm cartridge, which can exceed 1670 joules, the SCAR-H/17S and SCAR 20S both use 7.62x51mm NATO cartridges, which can hit with over 3300 joules, the Mk 20 SSR uses the 6.5mm Creedmoor, which can hit with over 3290 joules. The newer SCAR 20S is also available in 6.5mm Creedmoor. The SCAR-SC/15P uses .300 AAC Blackout, which can hit with over 1867 joules)

Do note I am not changing any AP statistics or speed or anything of the sort, just adding in the names of the replacements which are fundamentally the same gun albeit with QoL changes.

Would this be allowed or will I need a CRT to apply this?

It does appear to be a significant change to the description even if it's not a change to statistic. I'd lean towards a content revision is likely preferred, but I wouldn't mind the changes with URL to post being listed as reason for changes if other staff members are fine.

Newer description appears to be same with minor update and scans addition, which should be fine unless changes the statistics.

Eh not really. At best I am just adding the other variants and just stating that the SCAR 20S is also available in 6.5 Creedmoor. That's about it. The URL links are also not part of the new description BTW, they've already been there for a long time. I've left those untouched.
