Good afternoon,
the Fire Emblem profiles for the Archanean games currently reflect Marth's Falchion, Tiki and Medeus to be in a comparable level of power. However, the games enable the player to defeat Medeus with any unit, provided that they reach enough attack power. This would normally be omitted because it strays from the intended path to defeat Medeus, and other allies reaching this level of power might as well be a gameplay mechanic. However, there is evidence in the games that this is not the case, and the purpose of this thread is to reconcile this alternative possibility in the gameplay with the Fire Emblem lore, as well as to explore the further ramifications that this would have in the profiles.
Part 1: Mercurius, Gradivus, Parthia
The conventional path to clear the War of Shadows campaign in any of its iterations is to defeat Medeus with the legendary sword Falchion, which must be attained via defeating one of the bosses near the end of the game, Gharnef. This can only be accomplished with a spell called Starlight Explosion, which is given to Marth by the legendary White Sage Gotoh, who is in truth the human form of a Divine Dragon, the strongest dragon clan in the Archanean setting. Gotoh can create this spell by combining the power of the Starsphere and the Lightsphere, which are two items that can be obtained through the campaign. However, should the player visit Gotoh without those items, an obscure and easily missable dialogue appears.
Based on the translation provided by this thread, it reads as following:
In other words, Gotoh, who is a Divine Dragon himself, acknowledges that Marth's last hope to defeat Medeus without the Falchion consists of wielding the Archanean regalia weapons, Mercurius, Gradivus and Parthia. This is consistent in every version of the story. Because of this, a character that wields these weapons should reach the level of power that can contend against Medeus.
There is a catch however. Units like Astram or Jeorge appear in the early portions of the sequel, the War of Heroes, with the Mercurius and the Parthia on hand, and this could potentially create a contradiction in the story, since Astram and Jeorge can also be defeated at those points of the game, and it could hardly be said that the player matches this level of power before this point. Luckily, Gotoh did mention that aside of the weapons, the unit must raise their power to the utmost limit (in gameplay terms, they must max-out their strength stat). The implication is that the combined power of the regalia weapon and the unit's natural strength is capable of reaching enough power to defeat Medeus.
Because of this, my proposal is to add a key called With regalia weapons, which would have the following rating:

Part 2: Hauteclere
Hauteclere is stated in Lefcandith Gauntlet to rival the power of the Three Regalia. Therefore, units that wield this weapon should also scale to this level of power.
Part 3: The Valentian counterparts
The Valentia Accordion states that the Gradivus that appears during the events of Shadows of Valentia happens to be the same Gradivus from Archanea.
Because of this, the characters that can wield the Gradivus in this game should be capable of reaching this level of power.
Setting this aside, the game enables the player to create further copies of the Gradivus with equivalent power by forging Blessed Lances.
and with other weapon types of the same material, the player can create replicas of Mercurius and Parthia, which points to the connection of these copies to their original counterparts. Furthermore, their in-game descriptions just straight up acknowledge them as the Three Regalia. Therefore, wielding these weapons should bring its wielder to this level of power.
Part 4: The Ylissean counterparts
Ylisse is Archanea further into the future, hence why it is logical to assume that the Three Regalia that appear in Awakening are the same as the Archanean ones. This is further verified with the fact that, like Shadows of Valentia, their in-game descriptions acknowledge them as the Three Regalia. Hauteclere should also be taken into account, especially considering that its in-game description calls it 古の王女の斧, or "Ancient Princess's Axe", drawing a clear reference to Minerva, the original wielder of Hauteclere in the original games.
Part 5: Who scales?
Everyone that uses swords, lances, axes and bows in Archanea, Valentia and Ylisse.
The remakes of Marth's games enable almost any unit to reclass into any class that isn't Lord, Manakete, Dancer or Freelancer. Manaketes wouldn't have this scaling, though this only means anything for poor Bantu. Therefore, almost any unit should have this key.
Shadows of Valentia enables most Valentian units to reclass into the Villager class, which gives them access to lances (Cavalier/Soldier), swords (Mercenary) and bows (Archer). Female units get access to lances (Pegasus Knight/Cavalier) and swords (Priestess), only missing bows. Alm and Celica cannot reclass, though they would still get access to Mercurius, and in Alm's case, Parthia. Therefore, pretty much any unit in this game should have this key.
Awakening features a reclassing system, although it is more complicated since units have limited class sets. With that out of the way, Robin and every child unit have access to every class in the game, and thus to every weapon type in the game. However, any male unit has access to Dread Fighter, which wields swords and axes, and any female unit has access to Bride, which wields lances and bows. Therefore, any unit in this game should have this key.

Then, though it is pitiful, the Starlight cannot be made. You must give up on defeating Gharnef.
If you cannot take back Falchion from Gharnef, the battle against Medeus will become harsh.
Even so, if you say you will go, then accumulate more experience and raise your own power to the utmost limit.
And prepare weapons with offensive power such as the Mercurius Sword, Gradivus, and Parthia.
If you do so, then defeating Medeus is by no means impossible
