Also doesnt Kiryu Saga goji get slammed here? He has no real good abilities and outranged too.
Jirachi's range is kind of vague, it just says "with certain moves of various types", so all those moves might not be damaging moves. As for abilities Regeneration/Immortality that would let him get up from most of Jirachi's moves, and one hit from his Atomic Breath would likely send Jirachi falling into range

Jirachi is comparable to lower tier legendaries. Lower tier legendaries scale from the bird trio. Bird trio fought Lugia and were winning but individually were lower than it. Lugia is equal to Ho-Oh who is High 6-A.
There's nothing saying that the bird trio are the lower tier legendaries though. Articuno could be stronger than Jirachi for all we know. I think you're assuming they're the weakest legendaries because they scale to the weakest calced feat. If Lugia and Ho-Oh didn't have any feats, would you have scaled every legendary to Groudon and Kyogre?

Look man, it was an already accepted scaling and I am saying what the accepted scaling has. If you want to change that, figure out a scaling for the other Pokemon and revise it. If you don't then stop complaining.

It does not. It scaled to it's own feat until y'all decided here that it is a bad calc. Other Pokemon that don't have clear scaling end up scaling to the baseline of any legendary.
Yeah we tend to scale them to the bird trio as a baseline but the bird trio being weaker than every other legendary/mythical is not something that's like explicitly accepted on the wiki

Jirachi does have a big advantage, but they don't really have anything to help survive an Atomic Breath hit, so if Godzilla lands a good hit, or a few good hits, Jirachi would go down
She won't get hit. She's quite literally a foot tall and can teleport. Godzilla would be able to target her but without any AOE options and with her having teleportation he's not gonna make it.

I mean, she's quite literally powerful enough where she could lift and throw Godzilla.

I've made them start 50 meters apart, that should be enough for Godzilla to be able to hit without it being small enough for Jirachi to be grabbed and ripped apart

Its still small though. You have to take into account the fact that its atomic breath is really big, so Jirachi will not take all of its energy

Even if she doesn't take the full blast, she has no Resistance to Heat or Radiation, so any amount of the blast would do a lot of damage
