Tighten just wins by choking out Phenomenon. In that scenario, I see him taking Tighten to space so he suffocates and gets exposed to radiation. It could go either way there, but Tighten outclasses in physicals all the way. Skill kinda does not matter here without an AP/LS significance, when the LS is this huge in gap. Heat Vision gets absorbed by Phenomenon. Idk, its close in some regard but I voting Tighten
