I currently don't have scans of the specific scenes, but I can pin point you to the episode where it occurred.
Episode 47 is when the Riders' worlds began to merge, causing the Ridewatches to break because there is no history of the Kamen Rider to support the existence of those worlds. This also resulted in the destruction of the GrandZi-O Ridewatch, which represents the culmination of all Heisei Rider Ridewatches, and thus their history. However, Grand Zi-O made a comeback in the final episode, as shown in the clip above.
In Episode 41, Another Zi-O II rewrote the timeline history, causing all Heisei Riders to be erased (the first are Drive, as seen after Grand Zi-O and Ohma Zi-O fight). When Zi-O returned to his timeline, he saw that the entire world had changed, with a statue of Hiryu Kakogawa surrounded by Another Riders.
