since the Collab only confirmed True Dragon being identical and almost similar to Wedges and information particles being adapted within the Sky-realm to which allowed Rimuru to finally be able to use his hax to full potential at his current level
IDK if we can basically grab his abilities as an Awakened Demon lord and add the other unique abilities he gained.

I think we can discuss to what extent do we grant without breaking the crossscaling rules

Am I understanding correctly, is it said that Rimuru, as a only Awakened Demon Lord (Demon Slime, not a True Dragon or Digital Lifeform), has access to information particles?

As for abilities, I think we should only add abilities that are within the scope of collaboration and consider that these abilities work according to Granblue Fantasy mechanics, such as the Wedge-True Dragon relationship. For example: If the collaboration mentions information particles, the profile page should only include the capabilities of the information particles within the context of the collaboration.

But the collaboration profiles of Monotagari and Puella Magi make me question our standards. Example: I really don't know why Prime Shinobu Oshino in Monotagari is scaled to the Madoka Magic version.

Yeah, I believe the context in verse should take priority but they only mentioned and explained it briefly. But it does acknowledge Magicules and information particles as a form of UES that allowed the World's System to adopt it.
So for True Dragon, we follow the Wedge's Physiology then. Thankfully we have a physiology page for that.

As for Veldora's ability or unique abilities they also carried over. Like Shion's Chef and Veldora's Faust

Veldora, Milim, and Rimuru are both easy to scale I can make a Template for their profiles now without abilities
Shion and Diablo on the other hand I do not know how to scale inverse seeing they fought briefly against the named monster by Milim and Veldora.

Does the Character naming somehow affect how strong a character can get?

As for Oshino's case
I believe it was because the collaboration happened with Madoka Verse as the main. So if she has feats identical or scaling she would get it.
So in this case Veldora would be at least 7D likely 8D for being equivalent to Six Dragons and Wedges in strength alone

Naming a character greatly buff their power and allows them to reach their next evolution (example :Arch Demon to Demon Peer/Demon Lord) , but this buff is proportional to the power the character already has, so I don't know how useful it is here.

I figured something out for Diablo on scaling. But strength wise is he comparable or close to Awakened Demon Lord Rimuru after he was named?

For Shion I may have found a way to scale her tier

I rechecked the whole thing and Ultimate Skill is confirmed to exist in a sense that it is a level of power.
So we can use that as scaling for the collab characters.
Atm it seems Ultimate skill is cancelled by Lyria's Bahamut Catastrophe Nova which iirc is rated to be 7D likely 8D. Which lines up with Veldora scaling.

If Diablo and Shion has ultimate Skill they will have
4-A, 1-C with Ultimate Skill.
4-A is the minimum because of the Timeline of current granblue at that point

According to the Light Novel:

Diablo (Demon Peer/Lord - named) > Newly Awakened Demon Lord Rimuru yes but both of them are too weak to compare to Milim and Veldora in terms of physical power. Diablo's Primordial Magic and Rimuru's Ultimate Skills are at the level of a True Dragon but without the haxs they are physically definitely not comparable.

Rimuru who is physically on the same level as Milim and Veldora would be the Pre-Ultimate Slime Rimuru who is at the peak of his Demon Slime form and Diablo which is comparable to this Rimuru would be the Awakened Demon Lord Diablo.

Alright, I think we got the scaling down the line now for all the cast. (Except Ramiris because she can't use any of her abilities at all)

Milim and Veldora definitely scale above how they were able to overcome the True Dragon Chimera of MilVel at this point despite the latter having initially higher Magicules level than the former but it required Captains to intervene with Boundary Powers (High into 8D level) to permanently put down the dragon's cause of insane Regeneration. While Rimuru is somewhat slowly being overwhelmed but competent enough

As for the abilities.
I need to know how certain abilities are indexed in Slime Verse and what type of skills are they
Diablo's Despair Time
Shion's Chef
Veldora's Thunderstorm
Milim's Draco-Nova

There was also a mention of a Catastrophe Class Disaster or higher

Despair Time is an art that Diablo uses with the Unique Skill Tempter.

Life and Death Manipulation, Illusion Creation, BFR, Power Nullification (2 Layers) & Subjective Reality (Diablo's Unique Skill ability that can put the target into his Imaginary World and make the target unable to cast magic. He can intertwine reality with what happens in his imaginary world, by making illusions real and making real illusions, at the same time, he also holds absolute authority over life and death when sent to that world.

Is there any chance we can find out what kanji is used for Thunderstorm? I don't think what you're referring to as Thunderstorm is the Thunderstorm from Volume 21, it's probably another type of storm-based attack but translated differently.

Dragon/Draco Nova is a beam attack that uses Stardust instead of Spirituon, but we're not indexing Stardust properly in VSBW right now. I may need to look into that.

That last thing you said is just a term people made up for a True Dragon or equivalent threat level.

I guess they won't be scaling to True Dragon at that point then.
Though Diablo definitely still at Rimuru's level which has a magicule that would have destroyed Sky-realm if his Magicules dispersed or would have become a Wedge too if the Six Dragons did not assist in getting him adjusted to the Sky-realm's World system

Quick Question. Is it possible to have low amount of magicules than some unique skill users while still possessing Ultimate skill?
or is Magicule proportionate to it?
