Explosions don't have GBE, the distance between Wally and the device don't make sense via the added information (The device needs go at light speed). I also believe only the explosion should be taken into account, and not a theoretical event that hasn't happened

What theoretical event didn’t happen? Is there a better way to calculate explosions in space if FTL? If he got there in the time he did, he was running at light speed the entire time.
