The red line is the distance between Roswaal and the tree behind her, there was an image including the line for Roswaal and Sphinx but I forgot to add it into Gyazo, I will right now.

It wasn’t really, it was just to note that Roswaal reached Sphinx before the beam of light reached the tree as a supplementary feat
