it's not hentai there's a difference the manga doesn't really focus on sex all of the time it has a plot similar to adventure shounen but with extra sexual content (comedy)

Just for the sake of evaluation I checked out said first chapter, and yeah no, this ain't getting into the wiki. Sexual content isn't just a part of the plot, it seems to be the very foundation for the entire thing. Just because it's not all sex scenes all the time doesn't mean much.

And popularity has nothing to do with it. I can't speak for every series on that list, but I know that Berserk and GoT specifically use rape and sex as narrative instruments, tools of character building and such. Sexual content does not exclude a work entirely from being indexed. What's important is the INTENT.
