Perhaps I should get back into that and Virtua Fighter (underrated fighting series from which it started; already reading out PDF manuals) at some point, assuming there's other users (The_Axiom_of_Virgo seems so from a search) who are willing to help out (besides a old discussion thread I forgot of).

Guess this could count for Acrobatics? From most of the pages in this website, jumping to a rooftop is often listed as that. Regarding combat use, he can perform handstands, rolls/flips and keep up with Enjiang Zhou, who's style revolves around it (and Baihu can also do flips). Even those with weapons like chainsaws.
Plus another durability feat, and probably Enhanced Senses for fighting Kai in the dark, with a Predictive Explosion skill allowing him to sense his opponent without relying on eyesight.
