Regarding GIFs, I have noticed many users creating basic diagrams here to explain concepts. This inspired me to create more modern ones, and that's the idea behind it.
If I use the term "instances" instead of "additional unassessed instances," I might be misunderstood, as it could imply that I agree even if there are instances that haven't been evaluated by any staff members. That's why I was extra precise in my wording—to convey exactly what I meant.
It really depends on your preference. Do you prefer someone communicating in a very basic language to convey a message, which you might misunderstand, leading to unnecessary discussions? Everything can be clarified if you're precise with your wording.
You can see that there are numerous staff members who are unclear about their positions, and unironically, members misinterpret them. You might argue that it's an issue with members stonewalling, but if staff members made an effort to be precise in their wording and evaluation, these misunderstandings wouldn't occur.
Additionally, I read philosophy and novels, which might explain some of my wording choice. Additionally, I only engage formally and take my time in the CRTs or staff discussions; otherwise, in private, I am simple.
