Yes, as Solaris is possibly 6D in nature and, while his true form was not the one fighting the Super Trio, their attacks affected his higher-dimensional true form.

If there is other stuff supporting the notion that "extradimensional" is referring to something higher-dimensional, then yes.
Like, say, Chaos from Final Fantasy.
