I actually have a WoD P&A, it's the largest page on the wiki;

Which sourcebooks does it utilize? Since Bloodlines is based on Third/Revised Edition (a fitting edition number since the whole verse got hit by the Third Impact), I feel it's most accurate to use 3e + game materials to portray its power and abilities to avoid retcons which could risk causing severe disparity between the pages and the game

I use basically any and all to hand. Focusing mostly on 20th edition and I try to ignore 5th edition where possible. Sometimes, in cases like Fortitude where it has nothing to contract, I allow it.

Ah ok. From what I've heard, 20th is basically just a remastered 3e with basically no contradictions and is generally pretty familiar to someone getting into the ttrpg from Bloodlines, so the Disciplines page should be perfectly usable as a resource.

Btw, what's the Eye of Caine? Ik the key refers to Wyrmwood/Anthelios, but outside of Caine's profile I've never heard of it being attributed to him

Yeah, 20th edition is basically the definitive edition for all the previous versions of WoD, so it's my "go to" one, I also hold it as the "Primary Canon".

The Eye of Caine is a really old idea I had based on a few lines throughout VTM, where the Red Star was thought to be Caine's eye and the effects of Wyrmwood are him "disapproving" of Vampirism as its become.

I don't really hold this view anymore, a lot of my old views from 2018 onwards have changed radically, it's also why I don't use DtF for anything anymore, because I think for the most part that its incompatible with WoD as it exists now.

It's also why I think people plagiarising my work for WoD and claiming they did all the same research and came to the same conclusion is funny to me, because I don't agree with my current conclusions for WoD, my view on WoD constantly changes because I'm already reading more and piecing it all together,

Coolio. Some more questions: what should I do whenever VtMB versions of abilities don't line up with the abilities as portrayed in V20? For example, Obfuscate and Auspex in VtMB are almost nothing like their tabetop versions. I was thinking either composting them since Suckhead is a bit of a special case in-world, or if not that then just deferring to tabletop versions of abilities.
On the topic of VtMB Disciplines, would Celerity bullet-time calcs pulled from Bloodlines be applicable to the Discipline as a whole throughout WoD? In similar vein, would a calc of Sheriff's wall-busting feat be applicable to other users of the Chiropteran Marauder form?
Also, how should I address the Griffith Park werewolf encounter? Seeing as Zulo Shape was made specifically to tangle with Garou and the player can mid-diff Andrei's Zulo Shape even without a flamethrower or dragon breath shotgun, should the encounter be treated as an inconsistency, or should it be chalked up as that particular werewolf being more powerful than average?

Also, I recall you mentioned that the Voerman sisters are legit powerhouses and you were wanting to do a profile for them when you get the time. What do 6th Gen vampires scale to?
