I can settle on characters getting limited abilities for tool-based abilities such as Limited Light Manipulation in this case. But I feel like it would then have to be extended to Limited Fire Manipulation in the case of flame-throwers for consistency.
I agree with the OP. It's like giving Water Manipulation to someone who has a bottle of water.
We shouldn't need to index the blindingly obvious like "This character has the ability to breathe standard Earth atmosphere, and is resistant to 1 g of gravity."
Someone who has a flashlight in their...
I disagree with this being a speed value that can be indexed on their pages. This isn't part of their combat speed, it isn't an attack so it isn't attack speed. None of their other attacks are implied to be this fast.
This just doesn't seem worth adding to me.
Is that really how that works? Would everyone in the Matrix films get Non-Physical Interaction for interacting with each other while plugged into the Matrix?
I just said it wouldn't be listed as speed.
When Goku does his Ki sense thing to lock onto random aliens that he's met before, it's not a speed feat by them that their Ki could reach Goku across interstellar distances to be sensed.
This seems like it could very easily be hyperbolic statements here, given how Cell himself still makes the same "I've already stored up enough enegy to blow away the entire solar system" statement as he does in the manga. Blowing up the Universe is so many orders of magnitude larger than this...
Everything looks good but I wouldn't add Resurrection for Caine yet until we see it in action. It could just be as simple as making another copy of that NPC and that bringing that specific NPC back to life.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to me; characters can go Super Saiyan 2 without being enraged, and characters can receive a rage boost with going through a transformation. They're two separate things.
I did have some potential issues but it turns out with just the Viz translation throwing me off. I don't think I've got anything specific to say on it at the moment.
I think it's enough to say he's far higher than he was before but I wouldn't put Gohan on a comparable level to the Androids who are themselves comparable to Super Saiyans, which Gohan isn't yet.
Unknown. Gohan doesn't fight a single person until he trains with Goku in the time chamber, does he?
Actually, I stand corrected. He does free Piccolo from Dr. Gero grasp, but Dr. Gero is unharmed by the surprise attack.
The main problem is that much of what is covered in the thread is already reasonably covered by our policies. You did a good job summarizing your issues earlier when I asked about what specific changes to the policies you'd make, but I don't think you've actually written out how the rule/policy...
I'm not sure. When AFO stole New Order he stated he couldn't just destroy Quirks that he possessed and that he could only take them or give them away. I can't think of a single other instance where AFO is implied to have modified a power he has stolen.
All For One didn't necessarily modify the Quirk itself while he was holding it; it could've been modified in Dr. Garaki's lab. We know Dr. Garaki has technology to duplicate Quirks, and to store them, so modifying them doesn't seem too farfetched.
I won't be able to respond to the calc in detail until tomorrow.
(That person trying to debunk Rusty's calc above didn't get their analysis of Rusty's calc right)
If you go to a storage unit that has dozens of identical storage rooms in it, and you open one and find it is full of DVD's.... Does that prove that every other storage room is also being used to store DVD's?
CSM profiles are a little frustrating.
