Because the two are seperate for one, and because we saw that Devilman vs Cyborg 009 happens directly after the Mythos arc of Cyborg 009, whereas Call of Justice takes place at the end of the timeline, after the original manga, the 1970s sequel series, and Re:Cyborg.
....I think, and this may not be a popular take, but I think Kuromada was right to let others write the Saint Seiya sequels since he seems to just be spinning his wheels on this
Oh, here's ANOTHER example of the two being separate.
DC comics presents #13, Superman is explicitly travelling FTL, but isn't anywhere near the Time barrier until Dawnstar amps his speed.
And Clark explicitly states he was controlling his speed to not approach the time barrier, so he does it...
Oh, another example: Superboy explictly breaking the speed of light without even seeing the Time Barrier, more proof that the two are separate. Superboy 162
It's explictly stated the time barrier is beyond the lightspeed barrier. You can't just go FTL to time travel, you have to go so fast, you break the time barrier.
Explained here in The Flash. and again here.
Cruisers are faster than light but they don't time travel.
Also, for the record...
During Captain Atom: Armageddon, despite fighting Midnighter several times, Captain Atom seems to not be effected by the Fight computer with Midnighter failing to anticipate him again and again.
Midnighter's fight computer runs a million combat scenarios and gives him the best way to react so...
His fight computer runs a million combat scenarios and gives him the best way to react so he can get the best possible future he wants. This includes their powers.
However, as shown, Captain Atom keeps surprising and stomping him and he didn't know Captain Atom's powers, merely guessing they're...
So, question, is this enough to get a possible Resistance to Statistical Analysis rating?
During Captain Atom: Armageddon, despite fighting Midnighter several times, Captain Atom seems to not be effected by the Fight computer with Midnighter failing to anticipate him again and again.
Right now, we don't have a Rebirth profile, only Post Crisis Conner, New 52 Kon-El (Who's a different person) and Rebirth Jonathan Lane Kent, and the Post Crisis Superboy is being used for it.
Though isn't Rebirth Conner supposed to be Post Crisis Conner?
Actually, one of my friends had a theory that was partially confirmed by the writer. He tweeted out asking if all the Myx's were separate beings but share the same mind and experiences in the 5th Dimension and Dan Jurgens liked the tweet.
It's a pretty solid way to say "Yeah, they're separate...
Yeah,, besides the note about about him mainlining the speed force and that's why everyone else was slower, I'd use him being stated to be MFTL in his Impulse days as supporting material:
Other examples of afterimages and Inst explictly being used so it looks like he's intangible:
Against Jeice and Burter
Against Buu
Against bullets
Examples of After Images changing expression
Against Whis in Ultra Instinct
Jackie Chun's afterimage changes
Goku does it while copying...
Actually, reading the manga, the anime is "partially canon" to the manga as there's events that the manga skips over and assumes you read the anime to find out how it happened.
For example, the manga doesn't introduce the Scrander, just assumes you watched the anime version of it and has it...
