    Yeah I'm actually don't know hahaha Speed is = but Penguins weapons (apart from Bond's laser rifle) have better speed feats. Not that it matters just saying Penguin has experience with these speeds. He has better flight, but James can also fly and the jetpack has better mobility. Plus homing...

    Ok. So oddly enough Lara only has peak human LS in this key which I find odd but still, Bond can restrain her IF it gets to that point. If she can deal with the craziness of Bond's arsenal she takes it before then. If not she loses
