    Hit vs. Superman (Pre-Crisis)

    Yeah, you need to have a good amount of chakra in order to have the Tenseigan, like the Rinnegan, as Obito stated having only a Rinnegan was too much for him. Toneri moved the moon later when he awakened the Tenseigan completely.

    I prefer Bastard!! over Sailor Moon by a huge margin, not to mention Bastard!! is much stronger than Sailor Moon. And Bastard!! first chapter of manga was in 1988. Definitely Bastard!! would make a much better team with DB and SS than Sailor Moon.

    Small Galaxy level+ is the best option for now, unafortunatelly is unquantifiable the Chakravartin's Milky Way Galaxy sucking feat, we can't have calcs of that, but due to that feat, they got an upgrade, remember when they were star level+ before?
