Battle between lords? Nice. Falchion's healing overtakes Tyrfing's speed amp by just a bit for me, on top of the likelihood of Lucina generall being more skilled/experienced. Lucina wins for me, but it's incredibly close.
I've always been in the camp that thinks Gurren Lagann's High 1-C rating is legit, so I'm all for it. Having said that, I'll also watch this to see what everyone else thinks.
Venom takes this with relative ease. He's smarter, has better range, and plenty more movement options. Throw his regen into the mix and Mika has a severe lack of methods to really put him down. I'm unsure which has the higher AP, but I think the many advantages Venom has at face value will...

Unicron is using a 2-A avatar. Galactus is The Lifebringer. Speed is equalized, and both are bloodlusted.
Unicron: 0
Galactus: 0

Siding with K. Rool. Godzilla's regen will come in handy, but with the likes of invisibility an teleportation King K. Rool will have the means of getting the drop on Godzilla time and time again.
Just a few additions to the main protagonist and antagonist of one of the more recent installments. Corrin's seems to be upkept fairly well, so the additions there will be minor. Anankos on the other hand warrants quite a few additions.

Probability manip makes it so Cappy inevitably misses. And if Simon lands a hit, it's gonna stick. Probability manip negates durability, so one hit is all Simon really needs. Mario wouldn't be able to heal from that.
From what it seems, its more conventional ailments. Like a sort of status condition you'd expect to see from Pokémon or the like. Being able to null something abstract like probability is unlikely, in my opinion.
Mario's power-null is passive due to it coming from equipment, though it's more or less oriented around giving him immunity to certain status effects. Things like poison, dizziness, etc. The Feeling Fine badge is pretty straight forward about it, but the Super Suit it pretty... Vague...
Then this could require editations to The Axiom page, given how it directly states that The Axiom is The Great Will. Its a bit confusing if this is really the case,
Basically, the Demi-Fiend fought The Great Will in the True Demon End, not YHVH .
Wether or not this warrant tiering revisions, I'm unsure. It just seemed like a slip up in the information provided.
I'd assume probability is a constant factor, even if time is stopped. And the best example of Mario stopping time is from Super Mario Bros. 2, using the stopwatch. However, looking over it, this does not stop time, as water can still be seen flowing on screen when it's used. More or less it just...
Ah, thats totally fine! I'll try searching around a bit more and see the specifics of Mario's abilities. If I find anything I'll see if I'll change/keep my vote.
And thats why probability manip is such a versatile tool. It's a great offensive option since it can bypass defense, but also works as a defensive method of lowering the likliehood of getting hit.
But isn't that how Simon got so beefed up in the series? Through evolution he continually got stronger. Plus, like I said, probability manip negates dura. Any hits he'd land would most definitely stick.
Still sticking with Simon. I'm confident his reactive evolution would enable him to progressively to meet and surpass the AP difference, and potentially resist Mario's hax. And before someone says this is NLF keep in mind that Simon's ridiculous evolution took him from a 10-C coward at the start...
Not to undersell Sigma, like he's got some immensely good hacking feats. But I see Ultron's Phalanx assimilation feat as being pretty hard to top. I do agree that Sigma's intangiblity could do well in closing up their AP gap, though. Not voting yet, I'd like to see more discussion before I cast...
