    Idk how realistic this is, but I think Cell Saga Tien (and thus Buu Saga too) deserves an upgrade to at least Small Star+. In the fight with Semi-Perfect Cell he managed to hold out for a while, and his Tri-Beam dealt a lot of damage to him. Having him at Large Planet is kinda harsh to Tien imo...

    Guldo has to hold his breath while stopping time (so basically a few seconds), during which his attack and speed become gradually affected. Also, Saitama won't fall for it for a 2nd time, and even if he did, after 3 uses Guldo becomes plain useless. Saitama wins.
