    Woodstock should be scaled to Snoopy and World War II, due to being able to: -Takes many, many hits from Snoopy and has even fighted him -Being able to fight and defeat The Cat Next Door (As shown here) there are many more feats, but he should be able to scale

    I'm betting that Snoopy has enough feats to be at least 10-A. His durability is not human level because he has survived multiple fights with the cat next door. Also, no human is able to fling another human 30 ft.
