    Just a continuation of my last CRT. The databook states that when two Rasengan with inverse rotations clash together, their power more than doubles. I'd think this is as straightforward as upgrades come, but apparently not. Basically the argument against it is that this is a physics based DC...

    Why Isn't Naruto's First Rasengan Scaled Higher?

    Simple question. The Rasengan Naruto used against Kabuto is listed as Town Level for one-shotting Kabuto, but Kabuto is City Level. Shouldn't that mean the Rasengan should also be City Level? If not, why?
