Accelerated Metabolism Ability Page Creation

Wouldn't that kinda be a sub category of Body Control?
I don't think so. Body control requires conscious control of body functions, but accelerated metabolism doesn't require any control because the body works automatically in an accelerated way. And since this ability is quite common in fiction, I think it deserves its own page.

Most of the examples tho are people using "conscious control of body functions" to accelerate their metabolism

All the people in the examples are people who automatically have a fast metabolism without consciously accelerating their metabolism.

Of the people in the examples, only Flash has the ability to speed up his metabolism, but he also has a fast metabolism when he is not willingly speeding it up.

For example, Flash can consume large amounts of alcohol without side effects without needing to speed up his metabolism. But when he was hit with 2000mg of horse tranquilizer, his metabolism, which allowed him to consume alcohol without side effects, was not enough, so he speed it up.

And I will replace the gif on the page with this scene. It would be more accurate for the page than the current one.

True, I know. Wouldn't it be better for the ability to be called something like Hypermetabolism mainly as opposed to accelerated then? Accelerated Metabolism can kinda imply one is consciously accelerating it

Okay, then we’ll call it Hypermetabolism mainly.

I have permission from @Theglassman12 to create this thread.

I think Accelerated Metabolism deserves its own page, so I created this sandbox.
I'm sure there are a few things that need to be added that I haven't thought of, and there may be places that need to be corrected or rewritten
this could work with more examples and yeah the name change could work Hypermetabolism sounds better

I have no issues with the name (Hypermetabolism) or ability itself, but it does need more examples.
