At a glance, Winter soldier is a whole lot more versatile with his abilities, so even with prior knowledge, there’s not a whole lot homelander can do to capatilise on winter soldier’s potential weaknesses. Homelander is also super arrogant, so winter soldier will have no problem taking advantage of that in some way.

Winter soldier is also smart enough to trick homelander into walking into some of his death manip mines, considering he is a trained assassin with plenty of combat experience, whereas homelander, in the intelligence category, is only good at deception and not really anything else.

Homelander has a slight AP advantage, and is able to fly which is really useful against someone who can't, but I feel like Bucky's hax is just a bit more versatile, and he's more than skilled enough to take him on in H2H.

Quick note that it's his knife that has death manip, not the mines, and it requires them to be significantly injured already for it to finish them off (In game it requires them to be at 20% health).
