Either way, which Bowser key is this? Bowser doesn’t have a 4-B key, so this is likely a mismatch either way.

Bowser key is 4-A wile buzzwole is 4-B

Bowser stomps, 4-A to 4-B is a massive gap. Heck, the gap from Pokemon level 4-B and the upper limit of 4-B would end in a stomp
