I'll just separate some of my characters here by their tiers in case someone wants to find a match without going through specific pages or something.

SUPERHUMAN LEVELS / TIER 9:

Gale (Base) / 9-B ~ 9-A

Villain Guy / 9-C ~ 9-A

Nix / 9-A

Soniela / 9-B

Narcissus / 9-C

URBAN LEVELS / TIER 8:

Malibul / 8-C

NUCLEAR LEVELS / TIER 7:

Gale (Ghost) / 7-C

STELLAR LEVELS / TIER 4:

Most Mirage Saga Characters in their current keys are Solar System lvl. / 4-B.

Note: Their tiers may be elusive at times due to hax.

COSMIC LEVELS / TIER 3:

Erika (Merged with D:N Drive) is Galaxy Level. / 3-C.

UNIVERSAL+:

Erika at her best (At least Low 2-C).
