Context of a Super Paper Mario feat

There is a wiki that i participates that list Paper Mario as universal because:

" Defeated Paper Bowser who survived the destruction of a world"
Can anyone tell me the context behind the “destruction of a world” feat and whether it qualifies as universal?

If it's talking about the Sammer Kingdom, yeah that world was annihilated. That shit did happen, the void expanded and turned into a white plane of mostly nothing..
But it is kinda fucky, when it happened, Mario and co got kicked backed to the hub world iirc, and while 99.999 repeating % of the world was voided, some still survived, like some bricks and pillars, so like?

The feat is just kinda fucky, ignoring how much of an outlier it'd be, it has a handful of caveats that just make using it difficult, at best if you wanted to do high-end feats only I'd say possibly at best imo.

I never realized the bricks and pillars still surviving, that makes the feat even more dubious
