Hi, Supporter to this verse.

I recommend not using Dandy, there's still a bunch of unevaluated calcs for this verse, and not to mention that alot of the stuff here combines the Twisted and Toon Counterparts together, despite those two definitely needing Seperate keys.

Maybe try in a later date

once the calcs (and the ones that are planning to be made, cuz those will affect T.Dandy) get evaluated.
and the entire profile gets reworked from scratch

Not to mention, Dandy is baseline 9-B here due to no calcs, and alot of the stuff is useless against the fight, and could only be used by Toon Dandy, which again isn't a key here.
and ig there's also alot of missed abilities
(He should def have Dura neg, due to being able to kill people with the Savory Charm, and Enhanced Senses for still being able to detect Connie for being invis)

I mean, Dandy is already Wall level due to crushing feat so it should be fine, and he could potentially destroy the Prototype nonetheless so it's even.

The Probability stuff is useless in a fight
Transmutation shouldn't even be here, as The Plushie stuff is just there to literally promote the plush merch, and unlikely to be canon, unlike the other shorts.
Statistics Reduction is only temporary
We don't know how long the Madness Manipulation takes.
Invulnerability is a one time use type shit

but what I'm saying is Dandy is getting stomped and idfk how your thinking it's not.

The Prototype just stomps the dude with his AP (10.59 Megajoules>>> 15000 Joules) and LS (Class 100>>> Peak Human)

best Dandy could do is just bide 10 seconds with the Savory Charm before just dying

he never even does that in character.
he'll even if we take the music video scan to heart (which honestly I find the scan to be pretty flimsy considering how music video usually do stuff to make it look cool) he only does that to himself, and to statues


in character, he doesn't even do anything as a toon
as a twisted he just goes after you to kill you

which I'm this fight, it's a death sentence.
