To keep it short, the neutral space follows a concept called parallelism. Basically, two 4D spaces (the macrocosms) can only be separated and exist in 'parallel' if there's a 5th "in-between" axis. Think of it like two 1-dimensional lines being separated on a 2D plane.

Couldn't this be a different timeline? Like it is still 3D + 1D but not standard
