This is a correction of the previous blogs that I have seen about speed in DBZ, this blog uses the power levels of the series as a base and Piccolo with 408 being 0.54c.

Saiyan Saga

Namek Saga

Frieza's Forms
  • Frieza first form (530,000): 701.455c (Frieza's initial power level and relative speed).
  • Frieza second form (1,060,000): 1,402.91c (Doubling his first form power and speed).
  • Frieza third form (2,120,000): 2,805.82c (A further doubling from his second form).
  • Frieza final form at 50% (60,000,000): 79,410c (Frieza's speed at half power matches Goku's Kaioken x20).
  • Frieza final form at 100% (120,000,000): 158,820c (Frieza reaches his full power, doubling his 50% speed).

I hope this is okay

We don't use power levels as a universal multiplier like that for the characters. By this logic, Farmer with a Shotgun with be Mach 5,784.

Yeah, the multipliers are not linear. Base Goku does have a "Nearly 20x stronger" statement, so that part is fairly harmless. And Goku also has a 10x stronger statement in Frieza saga, so that also makes sense; but we do not assume the exact PL differences are linear.
