Introduction
In the 3 part, "Light The Night," story arc of the 1990 Spider-Man run, Electro absorbs the entirety of the New York city power grid, sucking down every single kilowatt, from every borough, every street, and every building. Using it to fire off a massive beam of light into the night sky, blanketing the entire city with a white hot glow. It's even referenced again in Spider-Man #422, and eventually reached a point he could have destroyed half of New York City
The energy per second alone came to 2.4 tons of tnt, and the yield of Electro wiping out half of New York City came to 242 megatons of tnt
Scaling Things
The important thing is how Electro specifically states he's terrified of absorbing that much power, repeatedly stating it would have killed him. So it's fair to assume Electro has never used his powers to this ability when regularly fighting Spider-Man, and he himself could not survive it.
