The character is shown ascending beyond the world and merging three distinct timelines — the past, present, and future — each of which contains countless fractal moments, with every moment representing a complete world that both exists and has yet to be actualized.

A character is shown to ascend the world and merging a three separate timeline.

Past, present, and future.

With each has a fractal moments (a single world as a whole) that has been actualized and yet to be.
First of all: there seems to be some grammar problems, so would like you to double check
Second: are the things universe-sized?

i type ts at midnight in my bed.

Edited, also no clear indication but world is used in the game reffering to "whole place where all living being resides, spacially and temporally".

Not Low 2-C. This tier specifically requires the 4D structure to be at least universal in size. This description can mean a planet, a solar system or a galaxy without trouble. If you manage to prove the universal size, it would be L2C

Vyna: The world we live in is just one among countless others—like a single grain of sand in an endless ocean. Though the world itself may never end, its inhabitants are finite.

Rudy: The hell’s that supposed to mean?

Gryselda: It means the world itself is endless. Infinite.

Rudy: How’s that possible? Didn’t you just say everything has an end?

Gryselda: Think of it like this: when you stand on the shore, the ocean and sky look boundless—but if you sail far enough, you eventually reach the horizon. Now imagine a world where no matter how far you sail… the end never comes.

Timelines are Universal Sized by default

That looks like a realm H3A physically. Yes, it qualifies

It says alternate universes, doesn't mean that the original one is a full one. I can link you many threads where being called timelines was not enough. If anything, this would prove that the page needs an update
Its infinite in size and is stated to be a timeline, I don't see these 2 wouldn't prove Low 2-C

Second: are the things universe-sized?
Site standards say we can assume a timeline is universe-sized by default, So there isn't really an argument to be made.

I'm pretty sure that would be 2-C.
