Aizen created hollows that fuse with the souls of soul reapers. When hollows fuse with other souls they are completely destroyed to the point not even their reishi is Gone. The this can be prevented with the power of the hogykou which is what aizen and kisuke used on all vizards, and arrancars. Tho in hikones case soul king fragments were used instead.


So all arrancar and vizards should have it. Along with ichigo,aizen,yhwach,hikone,ginjo and the soul king.

Dude shinji clearly says their erased their reshi is gone completely. If that was the case they their would some remains of their soul which they didn't find.

That's mizuiro's statement. However aizen says he erases plp. Aizen being a more credible source. Yamamoto also said aizen would need to erase a bunch of souls to make the oken. Which aizen was sure he can do.

Kenpachi in spafwy was passively breaking atomic bonds of Reishi and kinishi which is also atomic. Aizen having much higher Reiatsu then him off course should have EE

Now im not saying their are no instances were the term erase is used non literally. But in this case it isn't because we have a formal explanation and it's explicitly stated their was no reshi/spirit particles left.

I'm not going to argue with you regarding the semantics of "vanished" or "disappeared" because it's a waste of my time Reio, we're directly shown they aren't erased, which means they wouldn't have a resistance to Existence Erasure because of it. Simple as.

Seems like the spiritual goop vanished over time as well, considering that it's nowhere to be seen in the other screenshots and like was said if there was spiritual goop left, they would obviously notice it.

But im not sure if that counts as full fledged EE

I've already addressed this. If the the goo was still their they would have saw it on the ground. But they didn't all they saw were clothing.

The goo obviously disappeared. The databooks says only their clothes were left and they also ruled out the possibility they died and became reishi dust. Shinji says they actually disappeared completely.

The arguments so far:

1. The souls if turn to reishi dust would go into the atmosphere and into the reincarnation cycle of souls.

2. Don Kanonji’s stick doesn’t have a soul because they are in Soul Society and everything there had their physical form transformed into reishi particles to exist in that dimension. A stick turning to dust while a soul disappears is not a good argument.
