Thanos: Lower Tier, higher striking strength, Lower durability, Idk Speed (Omnipresent as a cosmic wraith and if he wished to, while Exonus is potentially omnipresent) Lower Attack Potency, Lower Intelligence, Equal Lifting Strength, And he's still weaker to other gods, kind of like Exonus, who was no weakness other than the true gods.
For Exonus, whatever I said, Thanos is only Higher Striking Strength. Otherwise I think I vote for Exonus. I might be wrong, since I'm not very good at comparing.

With the Key of Existence Exonus could erase Thanos in every Multiverse, but he can't use it in this fight.
