Eventually Kaneki will enter Kakuja, which provides a nice blitz amp allowing him to grab and tear at Peter who can't do anything about the LS diff.

Peter's advantages:

· A vast array of additional equipment for neutralizing the enemy

Peter's webbing will be useless against Kaneki in this matchup, and the AP gap is compensated by Kaneki's piercing/cutting damage.

Thanks to his LS, Kaneki will be able to break Peter's limbs and possibly even tear them off — and this is all without even entering Kakuja state. Accelerated perception, extrasensory perception, and enhanced senses should help him defend against Spider's tricky attacks. His regeneration should allow him to tank whatever is thrown at him. Once he enters Centipede mode, it's only a matter of time before he kills Peter.

On Peter's side, he has AP-boosting gear, drones, and stunning attacks. He'll notice Kaneki's regeneration and will try to knock him out by concussing his brain. Spider-Sense should help him effectively evade attacks and counter the fact that the kagune is unreadable through conventional means.
