Just some questions about higher-dimensional existence.

1. If someone is said to be a higher-dimensional being, and exists outside or beyond universes, can we say they are 5D? Or just 4D. If 4D, would statements of them transcending universes give 5D?
2. Does damaging a character with HDE give them the equivalent AP? For example, someone is 5D dimensional and another character can damage them, would that character get Low 1-C AP?

   Outside doesnt necessarily imply beyond so 4d most likely .
   But if its refencing beyond the totality of 4 dimensional axis such as what defines a universe then its probably 5d in this case being beyond the universe.
2. Does damaging a character with HDE give them the equivalent AP? For example, someone is 5D dimensional and another character can damage them, would that character get Low 1-C AP?

In theory a 4d being shouldn't be able to do this but if theirs no contridictions then they would scale to the person as long as the person is proven to be a significant size like infinitely bigger or even viewing the lower thing like the universe as a piece of paper. then ya low 1c is fine

That's 5d since universe is baseline 4d. Transcending universe depends on context.

If they're damaging the real true form/body then yes. Sometimes characters exist as entire dimensions so just harming some of it wouldn't count.

Depends on context. There's other stuff that validate it without that statement.
