BTW, Captain Man was able to escape Phoebe's ice breath. A feat that even Evilman, Hank's equal, couldn't do. So 7-C AP for Captain Man.

Henry scales to phoebe
Phoebe’s Freeze breath being that high is pretty consistent ngl. Iirc she could freeze a whole Volcano. Captain man resisted it with high vibrations so he won’t scale, even if he did it’ll be an outlier.

Having his AP at this level would be consistent with his durability. You're right though, it will probably be an outlier.
And Max's headquarters has a button that can destroy Pluto. which is High 6-A.

It is revealed in The Haunted Thundermans that all superheroes/villains have the ability of True Sight which allows them to see and hear ghosts. So the captain man should get this ability.

That should apply to heroes/villains whose powers are natural or genetic
Capt man abilities are from a machine

I don't think it matters if his power comes from the machine. Does he have super power? Yes, he does. Then I think he should get that ability. At worst, he should get as Likely Ability.

7-C miles is pretty consistent, Since he fought Credenza’s Comet monster who sliced off Ray’s head.
