Ok, So, Here's how i view this after seeing both profiles;

Both fighters will start from a 5 meters distance, Ayanokouji will realize with his info analysis that Donald Na can one shot so he will obviously opt to go on defensive and spam pressure points as he knows he will do no damage otherwise

Donald Na already knowing all of his moveset, statistics and experience will try to be as cautious as possible and careful as he knows he is fighting a fighting veteran

Ayanokouji has dealt with kick based fighting style seen against Ibuki where she uses capoeira and the white room where they also use Jeet Kune Do, Karate and Taijutsu which has kick attacks too

Donald will try to analyse all of his moves so he knows what to expect and to make his predictions easier

Unfortunately for him, Ayanokouji has fought people similar to this, Such as Tsukishiro who can read 99% of Ayanokouji's mind via cold reading, Ayanokoji purposely feeds the opponent false information (The 99%) while concealing his true intentions (1%)

Ayanokouji also has dealt with sneak attacks which also are very similar to what Donald does, Seen in his fight against Tsukishiro, Ryuuen's attempt to sneak attack him which all of them failed

More over, Ayanokouji will evolve the more he fights, Seen in his fight against Shiro where in 3-5 minutes (Which is normally the time limit for a Judo match) Ayanokouji went from losing to Shiro to win against him with Shiro never winning again

Ayanokouji will eventually outpredict massively anything Donald does and go for pressure points till he wins, A karate chop to the neck is enough to K.O him i suppose

Btw, Donald Na while also severely injured and somewhat tired after fighting Ben, He could beat a Gray with months of prep time, Optional equipment and prior knowledge
  • Same Gray who is highly knowledgeable about pressure points (and spams them in battle)
  • Can predict an opponent’s moves via their shoulders twitching or their center of balance, as shown when he was able to dodge two of Jimmy Bae's punches without any warning beforehand. Jimmy notably uses a style that doesnt use feints or unnecessary moves to limit stamina loss and accurately calculated blows that land every time. Analyzes each opponent and only "starts" fights he can win
  • Uses the enviroment to his advantages
  • Dodge sneak attacks from blind spots
  • Can memorize habits, fighting mannerism and body movement
  • Can use any object as a weapon
  • Abuses the opponent's weakness
  • Able to create openings for an attack
  • And also tries to piss the opponent off to make them do mistakes while fighting due to rage
  • Cannot be read by people with ANPR
  • Can copy moves after witnessing them
  • Knows how to use martial arts
  • Can take down groups of people based on skill, Enviroment and strategy alone
  • Had vests, Iron boots or smth and plastered gloves to reduce the damage and increase them

Donald having the ability to one shot Koji likely won't matter, since he would never land that hit even with equalized speed. Koji has fought against higher skilled people before and has only ever had an attack hit him when he allowed it. e.g. Housen or Ryuuen. His combat intuition and sensory abilities are legit inhuman. He dodged shiba's attack from a blind spot, he can tell if people are following him or watching him from a distance on the island exam so sneaking up on him or a blind spot attack won't work. His own level of combat training gives him a massive skill advantage. So even when fighting people where he didn't have a speed advantage (Tsukishiro and Shiba) he was able to keep pace via his analytical prediction and his superior fighting skills. Even with their large experience advantage they couldn't beat him 2v1. Furthermore, he was confident in his ability to still come out on top without Kiryuin's intervention, and with Shiba holding back vs her it wasn't a major aid for him anyway.

If you hadn't equalized speed I may have argued this is a stomp in Ayanokouji's favor since he can easily speed blitz and attack pressure points to compensate for the AP difference. Without above Wall Level Durability what would Donald do? With equal speed this is closer but a serious Ayanokouji wouldn't let himself get hit and would maneuver using his massive skill and intelligence (BIQ) advantage to slowly but surely win.

So in essence I agree with your overall opinion that Ayanokouji would either win with a highly superior skillset or would be able to remain in the battle avoiding taking a lethal hit until he can land a deciding blow. Also important to note Ayanokouji has the stamina advantage Superhuman > Peak Human so he would outlast in a battle of attrition type scenario, so combined with his gap in martial arts knowledge I can't see him losing.

How much stamina does Ayanokoji have?
It was noted his stamina and endurance is insane. In the second island exam, he was able to fight against Tsukishiro and Shiba after travelling across the island at high speed while also being starved and dehydrated. The terrain of the island was able to exhaust even those most athletic students in Japan in a few minutes, whilst Ayanokouji was completely fine despite being chased by an entire year of students. Showed no sign of fatigue despite being running on a treadmill for 30 minute straight. He also has a great resistance to pain, as during his encounter with Hosen, he intentionally allowed himself to be stabbed by a knife through his palm, to which he showed no signs of panic or pain and kept his usual poker face. Endured and didn't react to the pain of staying in a highly heated elevator for more than half an hour, despite stating that he was on the brink of death by heatstroke

Belongs to the 4th Generation White Room and completed all its level, the training of Level 10 was beyond Level 5 or 6 which was said to be the human limit, despite the potentials being pushed beyond the human limits in the White Room

Despite being at age four and being hit by trained martial artists and adults, Ayanokoji as well as other students needed to endure cruel beatings from instructors to the point it was normal and thinking about it was a waste of time, The white room gave Yuki physical paralysis, Trauma and, Depression, The white room also gave Heart/Panic attacks to those less resistence to the hellish training, The White Room also implied that kids have died in the White Room
