Important update regarding the AP revision project

Lord Kavpeny has replied to my e-mail. He apologises for his absence (due to important real life reasons), and has told me the following:

Project 2 is cancelled, as he will do it himself later on.

Project 3 is cancelled for the moment, but we will try to do it at some later date.

Project 1 is rescheduled to start January 3rd instead.

Well, he told me that he has been sick with heavy fever, and we need some decisions regarding the border limits, so we will see if we can manage to get the project going by the 3rd, or have to push it forward even further.

Yes. I told him that the 3rd seems very optimistic given the circumstances, and that we can't start it until he is here to make necessary decisions regarding the tier border limits.
