Is AP automatically equal to to durability?

well I actually know if AP will equal Durability due to Newton's 3rd Law

But as far as I know it can be applied if the AP is obtained from pure physicality like the case of Saitama and Goku

But what if the character uses a weapon? or a magic? which they use energy systems like mana more than physical,can such a character also have the same Durability as AP?

Well basically, not usually. Usually, Dura will end up being equal to ap through scaling to someone who has similar stats. specifically, tanking their hits that are equal to yours In power.
