It ultimately will still exist after conceptual destruction as shown between itarim and ragnorack that broke not only their universe but the void itself.

Even Antares a being who can destroy all existing concepts

1. if the "existence" encompasses the first nep.
2. "predates" refers to being outside/lacking it either one works.

however a issue with this is, that both commonly use existence from what it seems. meaning it would still be nep 1

Existence in this case would be defined as what can be destroy and created this would include this lower void, universe and characters very essence. Via these characters

Predate would be where both the universe and void are formed from and still being independent and embedded deeper extreme nature.
