James is smarter and his Regenerationn is superior to Anna's under the full moon. However, Annushka is MUCH faster and tough enough to take pretty much anything James can dish out. James CAN hurt Anna with his howling, but Anna can heal from it. I think I'll have to give it to Anna, though...? She's way faster than he is, can regenerate from anything he can dish out, and can hit him hard enough to severely injure or incapacitate him. (Before the Regenerationn kicks in, anyways.)
With her speed advantage, it won't take long before she can land a lethal blow. And even if she doesn't, eventually the sun will rise, James' Regenerationn will run out, and Anna will still hold a speed advantage.

True enough, she can just evade. I am not sure that that would work all night, however...

James could land blows on Anna, but her durability and Regenerationn are enough that she'd be able to survive any blows that aren't assuredly fatal. Although if he did land one, he'd win there and then.
