Marshadow vs Samus Aran

All said and done. What stops marshadow from entering Samus shadow, copying his powers and one shotting him as he improves

Better question. Why doesn't marshadow have RE on his profile

So samus loses let’s wait for Adem to counter

Don’t worry if your character loses their is the loser bracket and if your character wins they have a chance of coming back to the main bracket two will be allowed back to keep the numbers even it depends do so we’ll see. And stomp matches won’t be added

Samus literally has fought Phantoon who is a ghost

And while that happened in Super Metroid, Samus also fought chozo´s ghosts in the next canon game, Metroid prime when she obtained the Varia suit

That's not really a problem. Ghosts types come in variations. Either it's a literal ghost, or a shadow like being. Marshadow is the latter

It could enter Samus shadow and copy his powers, get more powerful with it and one shot

I feel like mar wins here. Even if samus could interact she doesn't resist mind hax and is outskilled by Marshadow who scales to a master martial artist. While Samus does have options, it isn't enough to put down someone who can just disappear into shadows instantly and mind hax you or just punch you out of nowhere.

Also mar can copy any technique that she uses and can learn of her strategies easily.
Tbh this may be a stomp
