This will be simple.

• Godzilla (Vs. Megaguirus):
  • Resistance to Air Manipulation, Corrosion Inducement & Regeneration Negation (GxM Godzilla survived the Oxygen Destroyer (Translated by here))
• Mothra Leo:
  • 4-B AP/Durability (Mothra Leo is powerful enough to fight Heisei SpaceGodzilla alongside other Heisei Era monsters (Translated here))
  • The characters affected by the upgrades are in this list.
• Shin Godzilla:
  • At least 7-C+ AP via Self-Destruction (If Shin Godzilla is attacked with nukes the nuclear reactor inside his body would explode. It would be like firing several nuclear missiles at the same time. In addition, the large amount of radioactive material inside Shin Godzilla's body wouldbe scatteredinto the atmosphere, causing radioactive contamination over a period of hundreds of years (Translated here). We don’t know the exact number but several usually means three or five. We can use Fat Man as an at least which yielded 21 Kilotons, multiplied by 3 the result is 63 Kilotons or Town level+)
• Godzilla Earth:
  • At least High 5-A AP (20,000-year-old form Godzilla Earth surpassed His 2030 form, who destroyed Gorath (Translated here), which was also confirmed in the movies)
  • The characters affected by the upgrades are in this list.
• Anime Trilogy Mechagodzilla:
  • Regeneration at least Low-Mid (Nano-metal regeneration function (Translated here))
• The Giant Crab:
  • The Giant Crab GPE was calculated, there are no tier changes but it should be added to its profile.
• Showa King Ghidorah:
  • Gruesome Cry & Acid/Corrosion Inducement (Can see at night, produce a gruesome cry and cause enemies to rust with a liquid that spreads from his heads (Translated here))
• Ganimes:
  • Weather Manipulation, Air Manipulation, Water Manipulation, Smoke Manipulation High 8-C to 8-B typically; at most 7-C via Tornados (Can create tornados with its scissors, raise whirlpools, shot bubbles that envelop its opponent. Weaknesses :It cannot move straight forward. Additionally, if one or both of its pincers are broken or torn off, it loses its will to fight. (Translated here))
• Varan:
  • Low 7-B AP (Can destroy mountains (Translated by here), which should be this strong)
• Bagan (Godziban):
  • Reactive Evolution (Here it is an official chart with all his evolutions across the series, It should be clarified that his evolutions occur off-screen. Essentially, each time Bagan is defeated, he later reappears in a stronger form.)

His evolutions took place off-screen, but you can see the physical differences between his first battle with the Larva Mothras here and final battle with Super Godzilla Taigo and Mirei here, and here. The chart I posted above shows his official evolutions throughout the series up to this point, and he will likely continue to evolve. So yes, he went from being defeated by the Mothras to facing Super Godzilla himself, which clearly supports the idea of his evolutions
